Shipping Policy

deLIGHTful Coral ships live coral via FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air to all 50 United States. International shipping is not available.

Processing

Orders ship Monday through Wednesday only. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday. Orders may be held during extreme weather to protect the live animals being shipped. Held orders ship as soon as conditions allow.

Shipping costs

Flat-rate $45 overnight shipping applies to all orders. Free overnight shipping on orders over $300. Heat or cold pack add-ons available at checkout for $5 when seasonal conditions warrant.

Delivery

Adult signature is required on delivery for all orders. Customers are responsible for being available to receive the package on the scheduled delivery date.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping addresses at checkout. Orders returned to deLIGHTful Coral due to incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or missed deliveries may incur additional shipping fees and are not covered under the Live Arrival Guarantee.
